Join Maui Ki-Aikido for a special 2-hour self-defense workshop on Friday, October 4th, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Shunshinkan Dojo, located at 194 South Market Street, Wailuku. Open to adults and teens, this class is led by Head Instructor Tracy Reasoner, a 6th dan, and is designed to be accessible to the public.
The workshop will focus on building awareness, maintaining calmness in movement, and learning a few practical self-defense techniques.
The cost is $20. No pre-registration is required, but participants are encouraged to arrive by 6:00 p.m. to sign in. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and slippers.
